Domaine du Salvard has been a working domaine in Cheverny, Loire Valley, France since 1898, through five hardworking generations of the Delaille family. They have carried on the traditions established by their ancestors, producing a true, classic Cheverny.Ā  Sustainable farming in the vineyard is practiced, creating a lasting future for generations to come.Ā 
The grapes are 100% de-stemmed and the wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel cuvees, then aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.Ā  This wine making style showcases the fruit purity, producing a classic expression of the region.Ā  It is simple and elegant.Ā
