Inspired by 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe, who made maple syrup from the sugar maples on his property. Pouring a bright copper colour; the nose offers aromas of toasted coconut, vanilla, maple and banana peel; the palate is sweet with warming heat and flavours of toasted oak, cereal, banana chips and maple.
