At Saskatoon Co-op Liquor, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to provincial regulations, returns on alcohol products are subject to specific safety and quality guidelines. We accept returns on unopened, saleable merchandise within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by an original receipt.

Return Process

  Ensure the product is unopened, the seal is intact, and the labels are in good condition to meet health and safety standards for resale.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original physical or digital receipt issued at the time of purchase to verify the transaction details and price paid.

  Visit a Location

  Bring the product and your receipt to any Saskatoon Co-op Liquor store location to speak with a floor supervisor or manager.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment, or issued as a store credit if preferred.
